Yep – that’s something we get excited about. We’ve had a couple requests for black & white fabrics, and we happened upon this gorgeous fabric today. Don’t you love it? Elegant and gorgeous! After we got it made Amy decided she would make herself a second nursing cover out of this fabric for baby Carter coming soon! A second cover is a great idea – one for home and one to keep in the bag!

Oh – and one this little apron is headed off to one of our dear friends Lynda, uber-cool owner of  another Sassy! product. Isn’t she going to look adorable?!

This week, we are all about Mom! We are headed to the first annual Mom’s Market at the Signal Mountain Town Hall this Friday, from noon to 8 pm. We’ll be there with several other great vendors! Admission is $2 (over age 15) and supports the Mountain Arts Community Center. Hourly door prizes for Mom, live music, great food and activities for the kiddos!

Then on Sunday we’ll be headed to the First Tennessee Pavilion for the Chattanooga Market’s Mom Takes the Cake! event. For $5, you can get four cupcakes from local vendors – perfect treat for mom (hint, hint)! What better way to celebrate mom than to spend some quality family time at the market? Great food, music, activities – and of course shopping!

A new year, a new name, new products, a new look. It’s all about change for the swirly girls. Why the new name you ask? Well with all these changes, what better way to get a fresh start? Let’s face it – we don’t make chocolate. And while we love explaining why we don’t, we figured it be a little easier to drop the chocolate.

We are excited about our new website and think you will be much happier with it. We have added a ton of new products and have streamlined the options to help you find exactly what you need. So sit down, stay a while and browse through all the new items!

One change we regret to share is that Brittany is no longer a swirly girl. With the amazing success of moncrief photography, Brittany had to make the tough decision to back out of sweetswirls. And if you haven’t seen her work – you must check it out right now! We wish her much success in her ventures and will miss her terribly as a business partner.
